How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access, completely free. We ask for a card up front so there's no interruption when the trial ends — but you're not charged a cent during the trial, and if you don't add a payment method it simply cancels itself. You can stop anytime before it ends and never pay.
What counts as a "server"?
Each Rust server instance you connect to the panel. The price is $9 per connected server, per month. One server is one charge; run five and you're billed for five. There are no limits on players, staff or how much you use it.
Can I add or remove servers later?
Yes — connect or disconnect servers whenever you like and your bill updates automatically: we only charge you for the days each server is actually connected (prorated to your current billing period). You're only ever paying for what you currently run.
Can I cancel anytime?
Always. Cancel in one click from the dashboard — no emails, no hoops. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're never billed again after that.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a 3-day grace period to fix it with nothing interrupted. After that the dashboard goes read-only until billing is sorted — you never lose any data, and everything comes straight back the moment payment succeeds.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and your card details go straight to them — our servers never see or store a raw card number. You can update or remove your card from the dashboard at any time.
Does it work with Oxide and Carbon?
Both. AdminRust is a single plugin that runs on either Oxide (uMod) or Carbon. Drop in one file, paste your token, and you're connected — it even prompts your staff when an update is available.
